  1. Completion and signature of this product partnership form constitutes a binding agreement to participate in the Albury Wodonga Tourism Partner Program (facilitated and managed by Visit Albury Wodonga under the Agreement between AlburyCity and Wodonga Councils) in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  2. Completion of this form electronically, constitutes a binding agreement to participate in the Albury Wodonga Tourism Partner Program in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  3. The participant agrees to ensure that content or any information or material provided or published does not contain any defamatory, slanderous, misleading or deceptive material or any infringement of copyright or otherwise contravene laws and regulations in force in Australia.
  4. Visit Albury Wodonga reserves the right to refuse any substandard materials and to edit copy and images supplied to fit ad themes and templates. No product price will be published.
  5. Responsibility is on the participant to ensure that images supplied meet all relevant copyright laws.
  6. Responsibility is on the participant to ensure that all information in any Visit Albury Wodonga collateral is correct when supplied.
  7. Failure to provide any material by the appropriate deadlines may result in cancellation and loss of any monies paid.
  8. The participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AlburyCity, the Wodonga City Council and the Albury Wodonga Tourism Partner Program and Business and Event Teams from and against all losses, liabilities, proceedings, claims, expenses and other costs arising directly or indirectly as a result of or in connection with the promotion of the product or facilities of the participant.
  9. The participant agrees to participate in media and trade familiarisations as required, pending availability.
  10. The participant agrees to make high quality images available for international wholesalers and media as required.
  11. Visit Albury Wodonga will not be liable in any manner for loss or damage to any film, artwork, or other materials, which may be supplied.
  12. Only Tourism events will be listed on the calendar of events (i.e. events that attract day and overnight visitation, community events will not be included).
  13. Where participating in the Business Events & Conference category, Visit Albury Wodonga reserves the right to withdraw a business from the category if it is deemed to be not suitable for the business and major event industry, i.e. promotion at trade and roadshows and capacity to host/accommodate delegates during conferences and large events where applicable. In this case the participation fee would be proportionally refunded.
  14. It is at the discretion of Visit Albury Wodonga to accept the inclusion of a partner into the 2021 – 2022 Albury Wodonga Tourism Partner Program and associated activities.
  15. Participation of marketing and public relations opportunities provided by the Murray Regional Tourism Board (MRTB), Destination Riverina Murray, Visit Victoria and Destination NSW will be at the discretion of Visit Albury Wodonga.
  16. Participation in the tourism partner program is not confirmed until payment has been received and, where relevant, selection criteria are met.
  17. Visit Albury Wodonga and the Albury Visitor Information Centre are not wholesalers or travel agents and cannot negotiate on behalf of members.
  18. The 2021 – 2022 Tourism Partner Program agreement is valid from 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022.
  19. Visit Albury Wodonga’s 2021 – 2022 Tourism Partner Program pricing structure is per 12 months unless otherwise indicated.
  20. The participant agrees to Visit Albury Wodonga providing contact details to third parties namely Murray Region Tourism Board, Destination Riverina Murray, Visit Victoria or Destination NSW.
  21. The Visit Albury Wodonga website displays tourism partner information sourced from the Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW). To fully utilise the website features, tourism partners should list their tourism event or business on the ATDW. Any fees are additional to the Albury Wodonga Tourism Partner Program and are payable to the State Tourism Organisation NOT Visit Albury Wodonga. By not listing via the ATDW your business will not be represented on the state and regional tourism organisation websites such as visitvictoria.com, visitnsw.com and visitthemurray.com.au. This will eliminate you from the opportunity to participate in regional campaigns.
  22. Businesses located outside of Albury and Wodonga Local Government Areas are subject to a 50% out of region surcharge.

Websites hosted by AlburyCity are used to inform our stakeholders about the services AlburyCity provides, engage with our community to understand those issues that are of importance to them, to enable our customers to self-service such as pay rates online, to promote our work and provide greater access to the information that AlburyCity holds.

AlburyCity may publish personal information on its website in line with our mandatory proactive release obligations under the NSW Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA Act). The personal information published may include:

  • Limited personal information, such as name and address, for applications and submissions received in relation to a planning matter on our application tracker;
  • Comments and some limited personal information, such as name and address, as part of attachments to AlburyCity business papers, such as Council and Committee Meeting Agendas, where a person has engaged with AlburyCity on a particular matter;

The personal information we collect through websites hosted by AlburyCity may include:

  • the content of any electronic forms you submit via our websites, requesting us to provide services or information, or to take actions;
  • information submitted if you participate in an online survey, AlburyCity’s ‘Have a Say’, public exhibition of a new project, strategy or other issue, submission in relation to a planning matter, or purchase of tickets to an event;

Email addresses provided via this site will only be used in response to specific user queries and will not be added to any mailing lists, nor disclosed to any other party, without the users’ knowledge and consent unless required by law.

AlburyCity uses Google Analytics to collect or view website traffic information. We also use cookies and session tools to improve your experience when accessing our websites.

The information collected by these tools may include the IP address of the device you are using and information about sites that IP address has come from, the pages accessed on our sites and the next site visited. Google Analytics Advertising Features will also be utilised to collect information on the demographics and interests of those people using our sites. We use the information to maintain, secure and improve our websites and to enhance your experience when using them. These tools do not match any data collected with any personal information, which means website users browse our website anonymously.

AlburyCity uses social networking services such as Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram and YouTube to communicate with the public about matters of interest. When you communicate with us using these services we may collect your personal information, but we only use it to help us to communicate with you and the public. The social networking service will also handle your personal information for its own purposes. This Website Privacy Statement does not extend to social networking services. These sites have their own privacy policies.
