Take a journey through the district’s history whilst meandering the main street and sampling the great food along the way. Moments in time with historic photographs will be showcased along the way.
The walk will commence at the Blacksmith at 6.00pm, with a food and beverage stop held at five locations.
Your last course will be served in the Museum Tea Room, where a warm fire and a glass of mulled wine will await you. Although not a long walk (about 1.5km in total, with the longest section being 300m), comfy shoes and a warm jacket and possibly an umbrella are essential.
You will be undercover at each food and beverage stop.
