2. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of the terms and conditions of entry. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. Entrants must comply with these Terms and Conditions to be valid.

Part C – Who can enter

4. The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over. 
5. Employees of Albury City Council and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation are not eligible to enter.

Part D – How to enter

6. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
7. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via subscription to mailing list.
8. Closing date will be 11:59pm on 29 May 2026 (AEDST). After this date no further entries to the competition via Facebook will be permitted.
9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

Part E – Determination of winners

12. This competition is a game of chance. 
13. Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by the Promoter or its agents by Monday 1 June 2026.
14. Winners will be notified and contacted via Email. As part of these communications the Promoter will also arrange the collection of their prize with the winner.
15. The winner must claim and collect the prize within 14 days of being notified, otherwise the Promoter may award the prize to a new winner.

Part F – Prizes

16. The first valid Entry drawn electronically at random will win the below valued at $1,000
17. 2 nights accom at Quest Wodonga valued at $500 
18. Voucher for breakfast at BeanStation valued at $100
19. 2nd breakfast/lunch voucher for River Deck valued at $100
20. Voucher for dinner at Yardbird valued at $300
21. All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. Prizes cannot be used to purchase gift certificates or lay-buys nor can they be re-sold. 
22. Prizes must be taken as offered by each individual business; some conditions apply. No modifications or exchanges will be possible. 
23. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal value and/or specification.
24. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value, performance or availability of any of the Prizes. 
25. The prizes will be supplied to the winners as gift vouchers to the relevant businesses.
26. All entrants and winners authorise the use of their name and state of residence for promotional purposes.
27. Entrants release the Promoter from any and all claims that may arise out of using the winners’ details for promotional purposes.

Part G – No Liability

25. The Promoter shall not be liable for any harm that may arise during the process of entering or undertaking the activities required to enter the competition. It is the entrants’ responsibility to exercise utmost safety and caution at all times.
26. The Promoter shall not be liable for any harm that may arise from obtaining or using the prize.
27. The Promoter shall not be liable for any costs associated with entry.
28. The Promoter shall not be responsible for lost, incomplete or late entries, or entries not submitted by the applicable deadline for any reason whatsoever.
29. If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to (a) disqualify any entrant; and/or (b) modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

By entering and participating, entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook and Instagram from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant’s participation in the promotion, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any prize related activities, acceptance of a prize and/or use or misuse of a prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s)).
