There are two bus companies that service the Albury Wodonga Region.
Dysons operate routes in Wodonga, Baranduda, and West, East, and South Albury, as well as an intercity route.
Martin’s services leave from the Dean Street at QEII Square and service Thurgoona via the airport, Lavington, Glenroy, Norris Park, and Quicks Hill.

It`s hard to imagine today, but when the Albury Court House was built in 1860, it overlooked little more than a swamp. Quite a contrast to the busy Dean Street we know today.
Designed by Colonial Architect Alexander Dawson and built by local contractor Thomas Allen, the impressive building was a sign that Albury was growing into an important regional town.
With its grand sandstone façade, towering columns and imposing courtroom, the building was designed to reflect the authority of the justice system. In fact, it`s one of the few surviving buildings in NSW designed by Dawson, with its original frontage remaining remarkably unchanged.
Look inside and you`ll find two holding cells at the rear, an old iron-railed dock where defendants once stood, an original painted coat of arms and a press gallery where journalists traditionally left their mark by carving their names.
Fast-forward to the 1980s, and a modern courthouse was built around the corner on Olive Street. But the original wasn`t quite ready for retirement.
More than 165 years after it was built, the historic Albury Court House remains in use for selected hearings, continuing a story that began when its neighbours were little more than swamp and an emerging country town.

The Northeast Food and Wine Festival’s main event takes over Junction Place, Wodonga on Saturday 24 October, from 3–8pm.
Spend the afternoon discovering regional wines, craft beers and spirits. Then follow your appetite between dumplings, wood-fired pizza, smoky barbecue and something sweet. You’ll find familiar favourites including @the_thirsty_devil_brewery, Pizzini Wines and @murraytowns_brewing_co, with live entertainment to keep you company as you work out your next bite.
Entry is free, with no ticket needed. And if you are planning to sample the wines you can pick up a $5 festival tasting glass on arrival to access free tastings.
Pack a picnic rug or chair, bring a refillable water bottle and make sure to sort your lift home before heading in. Then you’re set for the afternoon. Please leave pets at home. No BYO alcohol, with plenty of local drinks available to purchase.
