In June 2026, Albury Wodonga proudly hosted the NSW Nationals Annual General Conference, welcoming delegates from across the state for a dynamic and engaging multi-day program. Bringing together State and Federal Parliamentary leaders, Members of Parliament, and party members, the conference provided a vital platform for discussion, collaboration, and strategic alignment.
What set this conference apart was its thoughtfully designed, multi-venue format. Building on a familiarisation experience held the year prior, organisers selected a suite of Albury Wodonga’s most distinctive venues to reflect the region’s connected and collaborative spirit.
Across the program, delegates unique venues including SS&A Albury, The Kinross, Willowbank, River Deck Café and The Albury Club. Each venue offered its own character and atmosphere, creating fresh environments that enhanced engagement and encouraged meaningful interaction throughout the program. The destination’s ability to bring people together in a natural and accessible way in a such a welcoming regional atmosphere encouraged genuine connection.
The NSW Nationals Annual Conference in Albury was an outstanding success, and the support provided by Visit Albury Wodonga was exceptional from start to finish. The team was proactive, responsive and genuinely invested in helping us deliver a high-quality event for delegates from across New South Wales. The familiarisation experience showcased the very best of our region and assisted greatly in planning and promoting the conference.
