      1. The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over. <\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Employees of Albury City Council and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation are not eligible to enter.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Part D \u2013 How to enter<\/strong><\/p>\n

        1. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.<\/span><\/li>\n
        2. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via subscription to mailing list.<\/span><\/li>\n
        3. Closing date will be 11:59pm on 29<\/span> May 2026 (AEDST).<\/span> After this date no further entries to the competition via Facebook will be permitted.<\/span><\/li>\n
        4. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.<\/span><\/li>\n

            Part E \u2013 Determination of winners<\/strong><\/p>\n

            1. This competition is a game of chance. <\/span><\/li>\n
            2. Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by the Promoter or its agents by <\/span>Monday 1 June 2026.<\/span><\/li>\n
            3. Winners will be notified and contacted via Email. As part of these communications the Promoter will also arrange the collection of their prize with the winner.<\/span><\/li>\n
            4. The winner must claim and collect the prize within 14 days of being notified, otherwise the Promoter may award the prize to a new winner.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              1. The first valid Entry drawn electronically at random will win the below valued at $1,000<\/span><\/li>\n
              2. 2 nights accom at Quest Wodonga valued at $500 <\/span><\/li>\n
              3. Voucher for breakfast at BeanStation valued at $100<\/span><\/li>\n
              4. 2nd breakfast\/lunch voucher for River Deck valued at $100<\/span><\/li>\n
              5. Voucher for dinner at Yardbird valued at $300<\/span><\/li>\n
              6. All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. Prizes cannot be used to purchase gift certificates or lay-buys nor can they be re-sold. <\/span><\/li>\n
              7. Prizes must be taken as offered by each individual business; some conditions apply. No modifications or exchanges will be possible. <\/span><\/li>\n
              8. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal value and\/or specification.<\/span><\/li>\n
