New Residents

Thank you for choosing to make Albury Wodonga your home. Our city is vibrant, diverse, innovative and connected, and inspired by our culture, environment and natural connection to the Murray River.

A group of friends sit at a large picnic-style table under a shade umbrella with drinks in hand. The building behind them is made of sandy-yellow bricks with red brick details, and has a large window. Sun illuminates the leaves of a small tree.

Welcome to Albury Wodonga

Whichever side if the river you’ve decided to call home, there are council resources to help you settle in.

Albury Wodonga is much more than a place to visit. It’s a place to come, stay for a while, and live a little Albury Wodonga life with us.
