There are two bus companies that service the Albury Wodonga Region.
Dysons operate routes in Wodonga, Baranduda, and West, East, and South Albury, as well as an intercity route.
Martin’s services leave from the Dean Street at QEII Square and service Thurgoona via the airport, Lavington, Glenroy, Norris Park, and Quicks Hill.

For five days, our cities are about to become one very big book club 📚✨
From 9–13 September, Write Around the Murray (WAM) celebrates its 20th festival, bringing writers, readers, storytellers and curious minds together across Albury Wodonga for more than 65 events.
You might find yourself talking crime fiction one minute, learning the tricks of historical storytelling the next, catching a poetry slam after dark or settling in for a long literary lunch.
And that’s half the fun of WAM. It spills beyond the page and into galleries, cinemas, libraries and unexpected corners of Albury Wodonga, giving you a pretty good excuse to make a weekend of it.
Come for your favourite author. Stay for the stories, good food, local exploring and the inevitable addition of several more books to your “to be read” pile.

Right in the heart of Wodonga’s CBD, @hyphen_wodonga brings a public library and gallery together under one roof, with exhibition spaces, creative studios and plenty to discover as you wander through.

A building with a very busy history 🐝
Standing proudly on the corner of Dean and Townsend Streets, the Beehive Building has been part of Albury’s streetscape since 1889 — and over the years, it’s had more careers than most of us.
This iconic corner has been home to a chemist, tailor, shoe shop, sports store, dress shop and saddler. It even housed the offices of prominent local architect Louis Harrison.
Back in the 1920s, Thomas Chubb was busy running his saddlery business from here. Then later, the building became synonymous with Moy’s Shoe Store.
And while its tenants have come and gone, its ornate Victorian façade and neo-classical details have stayed put, making the Beehive Building a fixture of Dean Street for well over a century.

If you’re exploring Albury, make a little detour to Monument Hill. It’s just a short walk from the CBD and gives you a great vantage point over the city, the Murray River and the surrounding hills.
If you’re looking for a different way to see Albury, this is a pretty good place to start.

Heading to WinterGlow? Here are a few tips for a fun night out.
🕕 Arrive early
WinterGlow runs 6.00pm –10.00 pm. Arrive around 5:30–6pm to park, grab food and beat the rush.
🚗 Plan your parking
Parking will be limited. Carpool if you can and plan ahead. there are several CBD car parks are within walking distance.
🧥 Rug up!
It`ll cool down as the night goes on. Bring an extra layer and thank us later.
👟 Wear comfy shoes
There`s plenty to explore across the CBD, so comfy shoes are a must.
🍔 Come hungry
Food stalls, sweet treats and local eats = dinner sorted.
📱 Charge your phone
Your camera roll is about to get busy. 100% battery recommended.
💧 Bring a bottle
A water refill station will be available in QEII Square.
🚻 Know where to go
Portable toilets are located throughout the event. First aid and lost children support are on Dean Street.
🐾 Leave the pups at home
Pets aren`t permitted, except for accredited assistance dogs.

Light to moderate rain won`t stop the glow, but severe weather may mean changes. Keep an eye on AlburyCity socials for updates.
