Albury and Thurgoona Golf Courses
Near the heart of Albury is the Commercial Golf Course, where you'll find their fast greens, some of the most challenging on The Murray. Recently winning the Best Regional Pro-Am Course of the Year, you know you'll be in for a great round - no matter what your final score. Indulge yourself with the Commercial Golf Resort and stay on-site in the beautiful surroundings. A great country atmosphere yet only one kilometre from the centre of Albury.
An easy drive to the northern edge of the city, lands you at the Thurgoona Golf Resort. A 6,365 metre long, par 72 course. This magnificent 18-hole championship course was designed by Mike Wolveridge and five time British Open winner Peter Thomson. Stay at the Thurgoona Country Club Resort. Enjoy your visit with tennis courts, accommodation overlooking the stunning fairways and a range of dining options available on-site.
Wodonga and Howlong Golf Courses
South of the Murray, lands you at welcoming courses in natural settings. Enjoy a round at the 6,100 metre Wodonga Golf Club, with its relaxed Clubhouse Bar & Bistro
To the west, you will find the Howlong Country Golf Club, where accuracy off the tee is a must. After your round, enjoy a coffee and cake (or perhaps something colder) from the deck overlooking the course and lake. Just watch out for that bunker ont he 4th!
Each of the four courses offer Pro Shops stocking a vast array of golf equipment, clothing and accessories. Clubs, buggies and carts are also available for hire. The courses are open year round (except Christmas Day) and host many events such as the Murray Masters, charity days and Pro-Ams.
