Are you a keen mountain biker? Yes? Well you’ll be well cared for in Albury Wodonga. Whether you prefer a purpose-built flowy single track or a gnarly rocky track to get your heart racing, we have trails to suit all skill levels.

 

A little wet behind the ears

You can’t go past the CSU Loop. Open to the public, this beginner’s track is fantastic for those who want to build confidence on the bike and build some basic skills. Featuring a number of obstacles (jumps, balance beams and see-saws), the 1.7km loop will get the little ones chomping at the bite to try something a little more challenging.

Developing your skills

Hunchback Hill Mountain Bike Park is an ideal spot to hone your skills with over 20 blue trails. Rock and Rollers is an essential track of the park encompassing an constant 4km uphill ride (track opening shortly), followed by an adrenaline pumping 4km downhill ride. With big berms, bridges, pumps, jumps and rollers, riders will be well rewarded for the uphill climb.

Testing your limits

Prefer your riding a bit more grubby and a bit more thrilling? Nail Can Hill is for you! With a couple of black diamond and double black diamond trails up for riding (as well as plenty of blue), grab your gear and see how you handle yourself. Be prepared for drops, rollable rock faces, steep landings, loose rollers, rutted out landing, berms and steep and technical climbs and descents.

Out the backdoor

Our High Country neighbours do mountain biking right with over 300km of dedicated trails. Our favourite parks to check out are Mystic Park (Bright), Beechworth Mountain Bike Park and the new park on the block, Yackandandah Mountain Bike Park.
