The seasonal menu complements a vast array of wines in stock, with over 300 bottles on display in the wine corner. Several of these vinos are exclusive to Level One Wine Bar, with imports from France, Italy and South America. Wines from all over Australia, including local regions, also feature in your selection. If you get stuck trying to decide which one to taste first, wine expert Mark has a selection for every dish and palate.
Head Chef Matt King’s in charge of the kitchen, bringing his expertise from some of the best restaurants in Australia, plus a year spent in Japan. Chef Matt is passionate about highlighting fresh local produce and creating dishes with traditional techniques to create a memorable culinary sensation.
