What if wild animals lived among us in our city?
It would be a Wild City.
This interactive exhibition by artist Kathy Holowko and the children of Wodonga brings to life a mini city where humans, plants and animals live together. Wild City not only investigates environmental issues, it inspires solutions.
The exhibition will also feature fruit bats – part of Holowko’s Batmania work – and a series of dioramas that explores the theme of “water is life”.
Visitors to the exhibition will be encouraged to become a field naturalist, making a pair of binoculars to search and explore the city for animals and habitats, dotted throughout the landscape.
