Murray Art Museum Albury (MAMA) invites you to Table, a weekly food-lovers program presented as part of our current exhibition, Simmer.

Table is a rotating foyer installation hosting weekly recipe demonstrations by local cooks. Each Table event will feature a different presentation that introduces a selected recipe for you to make at home.

The invited presenters will share the key steps and processes, and advice about where to obtain specialist ingredients and produce locally. This weekly program invites the community to try new recipes, celebrate the relationship between food and culture and food’s enduring ability to bring people together.

Participants will receive a goodie bag containing a printed recipe card, selected ingredients, and a list of local vendors. Each cook will present two different recipes over two weeks.
