Lakhwinder Wadali belongs from a family of illustrious musicians his father and uncle forms India’s most celebrated sufi Qawal duo “The Wadali Brothers”. They received extensive classical music training from his father and guru Padmashree Puran Chand Wadali.

He has masters degree in music and is currently enrolled in Phd Programme, inspired form Bade Ghulam Ali Khan Sahib and Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan Lakhwinder Wadali Son of Legendry Ustad Puran Chand Wadali from Patiala Gharana belong to small village of Amritsar (Punjab) named Guru Ki Wadali situated at Amritsar Road Lahore (birthplace of 6th Guru of Sikhs).

Best Debute Album 2005 from ETC Channel Punjabi Music Awards 2005 and Best Sufi Singer of Punjab in Canada 2005, National Award from Punjab Governent India.

Released the first album “Deva Na Bujhayi Haje Raat Baqi hai” in 2005 and “Mahiya” in 2007.

This will be a first-ever chance to meet a Sufi legend performing live in Albury.
