Building Change Resilience

133 McKoy Street,

  • Wed, 20th March 2019

In a time where nothing is certain, why do some of us find change so hard? In every workplace across the world, change – whether big or small – is inevitable. Individuals' reactions to change can lead to significantly different paths in their careers. Change Resilience is the ability to adapt and thrive when dealing with change.

This panel discussion and masterclass will provide real world examples of why change resilience is fast becoming integral to career success – and leave you with strategies to develop this resilience within yourself.

Facilitated by Susan Inglis.

Michael Mack - CEO, WAW Credit Union
Robin Haberecht - CEO, Calvary Health Riverina
Michael Ribstein - Laboratory Manager, Dorevitch Albury
