Back in the 1890’s on Mr. Alexander Ross’s property on the outskirts of Holbrook, Kinross Woolshed was known as one of Australia’s busiest shearing sheds. In its prime, up to 43 stands would be in operation at once. In 1988, the building was relocated from Holbrook to Albury and reconstructed using the original materials. Today, Kinross Woolshed is a unique piece of history and a locally loved favourite for a generous pub meal and quality live entertainment.
A venue for the masses, Kinross has been a stage for local and international music. Huge names in Australian and international live music have entertained audiences at this iconic location. It’s not only the adults that have all the fun at Kinross. The generous outdoor playground and grassed area for the kids to play on is a hit for lunch with friends or a summer dinner out on the deck, or there’s indoor arcade style games for the big kids.
Immerse yourself in authentic Australian history and enjoy great food and live entertainment at Kinross Woolshed Hotel.
