Albury Wodonga will welcome back the Border Bash in 2017 as the Melbourne Stars take on the Sydney Thunder in a Rebel Women’s Big Bash League match at the Lavington Sports Ground.

2018 Australian Country Junior Basketball Cup

Albury City and City of Wodonga are proud to be hosting the 2018 Australian Country Junior Basketball Cup from 16 – 20 January. The tournament will be contested by 60+ teams with more than 700 players, coaches and officials taking part in the five day event.

Commercial Club Albury Gold Cup Carnival

With racing over two days, The Commercial Club Albury Gold Cup is now clearly established as one of the premier country racing carnivals in Australia. The March event benefits from a half-day holiday in Albury that has seen the attendance consistently climb above 18,000 people.
