For Tourism Partners

Albury is recognised as one of Australia’s leading regional destinations for conference, business, sporting and recreational events. It has a huge range of quality facilities, shopping, entertainment, and cultural and nature-based activities. Our strategic location and our proximity to the Murray River, snowfields and food and wine regions further strengthen its appeal.

AlburyCity recognises the contribution that tourism makes to the city. There is ample opportunity to grow that contribution and there are flow-on benefits that come from being a recognised tourism destination. AlburyCity is committed to taking a leadership role in tourism, working with industry to increase its contribution to sustainable growth and development and implementing the Tourism and Destination Marketing Strategy, which aims to increase tourism’s contribution to Albury’s economy and lifestyle offer.

The Tourism Partner Program is designed to drive the growth and development of tourism in Albury and Wodonga, and complement the marketing efforts of our regional neighbours. Industry operators recognise the value in promoting Albury, Wodonga and the region.
